SAYE is a sustainable sneakers brand born in Barcelona thanks to a successful crowdfunding campaign launched in 2018. Thanks to that we produced our first 5.000 sneakers and became the most funded spanish fashion company in Kickstarter history. Six years later, we’ve sold more than 200.000 sneakers to more than 120 countries and planted more than 325.000 trees worldwide. Our young team is made up of less than 10 employees where the majority are women and above 65% of command positions are held by them. In addition, almost 70% of the company members are international!
We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Operations Assistant to join our team in Barcelona. The position is a full-time internship position with the possibility of immediate incorporation.
Your primary objective will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, including logistics, purchasing, customer care and administration.
The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent organizational and communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Purchasing and Planning: Support in demand planning and purchase processing.

Stock management: Ensure correct stock levels across all sales channels.Support inbound processes of merchandise from origin to warehouse, ensuring correct timing and data.

Logistics and administration: Follow up on fulfillment, invoicing and shipment of B2C and B2B orders. Handle administrative tasks as needed.

Data accuracy: Manage and update product master data. Ensure data accuracy through all processes and data bases.

Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data, create reports and identify areas of opportunity for cost reductions and process improvements.

Improvement Implementation: Implement technical and process improvements, introduce new tools, and support transversal projects.

Process documentation: Write detailed SOPs that outline each step of the process, including inputs, outputs, roles, and responsibilities.
BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or Master’s program in business administration, supply chain, industrial engineering or related field.
- Excel proficiency.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and the company's sustainability values.
- Excellent written communication in English, German is a plus.
- Transversal coordination between departments.
- Data analysis skills.
- Sustainability-focused approach is essential.
