As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and passionate Photo & Video Assistant to join our Marketing team. As a Photographer, you will participate in all campaigns photo shoots and be responsible for taking and editing captivating photos that embody our brand values and highlight our commitment to veganism and sustainability. As an integral member of the Branding team, you will help shape our visual identity and contribute to our positive impact on the environment and society.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Photo shooting & editing: Participate in photo shoots for launching and ongoing campaigns, and responsible for subsequent frame and light retouching.

Content creation: Work together with the Content Specialist to create photo and video assets for our social media platforms and paid advertising.

Visual Identity: Continue developing the identity of SAYE, together with the Brand Specialist and Graphic Designer, with the goal of creating a visually strong, valuable, and internationally recognizable brand.

Digital Platforms adaptation: Adapt images and videos to all our digital platforms: social media, web, newsletters, ads, and editorials.

Cross-department collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing, Product and Wholesale teams to conceptualize and create graphics that align with our brand vision. Ensure the delivery of high quality design assets, meeting project deadlines and quality standards.

Trendy: Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, industry best practices, and emerging design techniques to ensure our brand remains fresh and relevant.

Creative thinking: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that push the boundaries of sneaker design and graphic aesthetics. Provide creative input and feedback during the development process, from concept to final execution. Take part creatively in campaigns, special releases, and other projects.
ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Portfolio: Portfolio showing your graphic design skills, with a focus on brand image and visual storytelling.

Good handling of professional cameras: Advanced knowledge of using professional photo and video cameras. Analog shooting knowledge is a plus.

Photoshop, Premiere & Lightroom: Extensive knowledge of the Adobe package, especially in the category of photography and video editing.

Curious + Fast-learner: Keep up with new trends as the design industry moves forward and evolves rapidly.

Fashion & Sustainability Oriented: Passion for fashion photography and aesthetic value. Familiarity with sustainable design practices, eco-friendly materials, and vegan fashion is a plus.

Creativity: Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into visually compelling stills that reflect our vegan and sustainable values.

Communication & teamwork: Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Organized: Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Attention to detail: Composition, lighting, framing, retouching... It's the small details that make the difference.

Languages: Excellent command of Spanish and a good level of English (minimum a B2 level).
